  • 4oz water
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower, chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoon CBD oil
  • 1 tablespoon mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons collagen protein 
  • Sprinkled ceylon cinnamon
  • Sprinkled Himalayan sea salt
  • Topped with flax seed and macadamia nuts, sliced


Throw main ingredients that are not meant to be used as toppings into the blender and blend until it’s smooth and creamy. Add toppings to create a bit of a texture. 

Almond Butter Heaven

If you’re just getting on the keto wagon, you might not know about the miracle of almond butter and all the other nut butters that are striking while the iron is hot and have come sliding onto the scene in delicious glory.   • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g unsweetened acai puree
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 tablespoons protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons CBD oil of choice
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract


A word to the wise, acai berry puree tends to be a little clumpy. So if you’re looking for a really good texture in your smoothie, we recommend running your puree under hot water in a baggie for a couple of minutes to get it nice and mooshy before you add it to the mixture. Once you’ve got a good consistency, add the mixture to the blender and blend everything until you’ve got the desired consistency. Feel free to add ice cubes and water, as needed. When you’re finished, use a little extra almond butter on the sides of the cup to make it look nice and give you something to scrape off the sides to and enjoy!

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (can substitute other sweetener) 
  • 200 ml full fat coconut milk
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons CBD oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed topping
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger


Combine and blend, adding ice where needed to get a better consistency.
